I have had these brakes on a lot of my bikes. I’m going to tell you about my experience with them how good they work and how reliable they have been. The newer version shimano BR-M6100 has replaced the BR-M6000 they are still selling the BR-M6000 but the BR-M6100 is more available. I will have specs below for both.

The SHIMANO BR-M6000 is a good quality budget brake. They have plenty of stopping power for a 2 piston brake. very good for single finger braking. very smooth and firm when breaking.
They come with hinged bar clamps with safety pins. Other features are Allen key reach adjustment to gain the right Lever pull that you need. They lack some of the other features of other brakes like adjusting your lever without an Allen wrench but cost versus performance it’s not a big deal because there are high on performance.
STOPPING- these brakes are firm feeling when breaking. The modulation is good they don’t seem to fade much. The stopping power is good. They have an on and off feel about them. When the brake is applied it’s there very firm not spongy like some of the other breaks out there.
RELIABILITY- these have been very reliable brakes. I have had no problems with them. Once, you got the lever adjusted where you like I have not had to adjust it again. The brake pads have had minimal wear they have been very durable and there are the stock resin pads. Overall very reliable.
BR-M6100- the specs on these look almost the same but there are some improvements. Refined ergonomics quick break engagement with shorter free stroke. They take the same brake pads as the BR- M6000 except the JO2A resin pads. Both models are compatible with the ice technologies brakepad.
COCLUSION- I like shimano brakes they do a great job. For the money they are hard to beat. very a durable and very reliable brake. The BR- M6000 or BR- M6100 would be a good choice and for a budget brake they are hard to top for the price. Dave
